Not innovative on the video side. Stuck with check video technology that is owned by Kastle. Great access control software. Some great but some questionable leadership especially some of the newer top management. Many of the old guard holding back from and chance of innovating. Horrible execution of projects by operations team nationally. Long sales cycle with destroyed relationships through installation/implementation.

Great product. Almost zero training. Poor product market fit, outside the fanciest buildings in NYC or a major city.
