Leadership: terrible, except for 1-2 Culture: churn and burn. Employees are not valued and no one’s job is safe. They cut entire sales teams without notice. care more about their bottom line than realizing this is people’s livelihood. Not a good place to work if you are a good employee and value job security.

I worked at the company for 2.5+ years. Over that time, management has gotten worse and that trickled all the way down. They changed commission structure saying it was better when in fact you were making a fraction of the money you were before, managers loved to micromanage abf were also micromanaged themselves.
