Current Employee Very fast paced and constantly changing. Growth phase with some growing pains. Everyone wears multiple hats. Solution is great although your success is highly dependent on Parent company’s success. If you’re someone who doesn’t like stepping outside of your job responsibilities than this is not for you. If you enjoy a challenge and building something that makes a tangible impact this is the perfect job although you must be flexible.
