Overall, the most gratifying job I’ve had in my career. The product works and you get to play a pivotal role in a patient’s journey from suffering to thriving. Burnout is real but the PTO is more than generous. Pay is competitive and the company invests in those that seek it. Inspire is experiencing rapid growth and can be slow to pivot, however, measured decisions should pan out in the long run.

This is not as much of a sales role and more of a marketing and advertising role. Your job is to create a pipeline of patients for the hospital, surgeon, and sleep medicine doctor. Of course, clinical proficiency is paramount, but this is less sales, more marketing… as a sales rep/territory manager
