Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was okay. The company is moving from a IT service provider to a product organization and hence most of the processes are new of being setup. Compensation structure is vaguely defined with no market analysis. There is a potential to earn from key accounts but equally challenging in opening newer accounts. Company has not clearly defined a value porpositon for its' products and services and hence becomes difficult in positioning in front of customer. It has historically been an SAP organization and hence most or all of the products / services being sold is contingent on whether the client has sizable spend limit on SAP ERP and cloud based solutions. The company only targets clients which have a revenue of over $500Mn and is growing at YoY revenue increase of 25%-30% which is significant when compared to other IT service providers that have a 5%-10% YoY growth. Company is at an early product stage with few products which is sold under the brand name of Cherrywork. The company will need time to grow into a mature product company. For now, the company is banking on SAP BTP (PaaS offering from SAP) for selling cloud based solutions. Browse Other Reviews
