Good- lots of opportunity to grow if you know what you’re doing. Bad- I was given zero training. Literally. I got a phone and a laptop and was told to “go sell”. I am good with this freedom, but I would have liked a mentor. There were problems at the factory that were not being rectified. We would submit an issue and never hear back.
