Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Selling to nonprofits can be uniquely challenging. Quality of managers (and thus the support you received) varied dramatically. The Sales team had pretty terrible utilization of Paid Time Off (which was "unlimited"). Company struggled with change management, which there was a great deal of (3 VPs of Sales and 3 different CRMs over 4 years). All said, I believe in the team that I left – I feel that they do care, that there's a lot of opportunity, and that they're hopefully stabilizing for a new wave of growth. Browse Other Reviews
