Current Employee Leadership has zero idea of how to manage, motivate or pay salespeople. We are grossly underpaid, quotas are ridiculously high, so OTE is extremely difficult to hit. They pay quarterly on paid invoices, which is awful. It could take over a year to get all of your comp for a large implementation deal, for example.. Stay away. Browse Other Reviews
