I really really love the SDR manger Romina. When I started the company was the best company ever, however as time went on it seems to have gotten worse unfortunately. There was a lot of pressure put on Romina to micromanage her team, they also started to put a ton of pressure on the team to just pump out cold calls instead of doing targeted outreach. The SDR team is getting more and more annoyed with the culture of Droplet and the constant flip flopping of management in trying to decide what to do and what would be best, even though it seems that what we where doing before was better. Overall a decent company but very much a startup in the fact that no structure of it is permanent in any way.

Good start up company to work for. The culture used to be so much more inviting, however, with the change of the way SDRs have been managed by the VP of Sales, the SDR team has become a less inviting place to work. SDR manager is great! Comp is okay...the base is higher for Sr. SDRs. Meetings booked pay at a rate of $250 per accepted opportunity.

My overall experience was terrible. The culture is not professional and is extremely toxic. They lie to their employees about numbers and forecasting to make it seem like they are doing better than they actually are. They tell employees they are doing great and then let them go for no reason and when you file for unemployment they try to fight it. They do NOT care...Read More
