Dozens of internal meetings on a weekly basis with leadership. Lots of micro management and nit picking down to verbiage in outbound emails. Revolving door for employees coming in and out. The product is decent but not fantastic which you will find out in the POV stage. The market is also oversaturated and the need isn't there. Fantastic marketing team to lure you in, but marketing seems to be the only thing good they have going for them.

Base comp is slightly lower than at prior companies, but is more than offset by the earning potential in comp, the excellent benefits, and the culture in the company. This is a fantastic opportunity.
