How is Cyera doing as a company? How is each segment doing? Are people hitting quota? Do people like working there?

It's a boiler room atmosphere. No ramp and no draw. You need to be running deals that you source day 1. If you like that vibe, you may like it. If not look elsewhere. Quota attainment is well below industry norm. Churn is starting to pick up amongst the sales force.

The company’s valuation is a facade, propped up by massive funding while revenue is actually shockingly low.

They claim to be the market leader, yet they struggle to differentiate and even have some glaring technical weaknesses.

Their approach to growth is purely for show—hiring Account Executives en masse to appear bigger, but with no real revenue payoff. Overloading territories like this is a well-known strategy that rarely ends well for the Account Executives.

Highly questionable business practices, including shady advisory structures (Google "Cyberstarts Sunrise Program"), dishonesty with customers in regard to product capabilities and manual POC scanning to artificially inflate results.

The culture is outright toxic—turnover has become rampant, and people are voluntarily leaving just weeks before their stock vests. That alone tells you everything.

Leadership is completely out of its depth—first-time founders and executives who are in way over their heads. Again, arrogance and inexperience are a dangerous mix.

Bottom Line: Cyera is a house of cards. The writing is on the wall—if you join, expect disappointment, frustration, and an inevitable crash.

Stay far away.
