Horrible leadership across all verticals of the company. Product vision is strong but is extremely buggy, making you have constant customer satisfaction issues. Could've been a great company but at this point it seems unrecoverable with so many self inflected wounds.

Great product market fit. Sales playbook is being modernised (much needed). Huge book of existing business. Lovely, smart, hardworking colleagues. SE leadership is also top notch.
