There’s also very little inbound lead generation, so you’ll be building your pipeline almost entirely from scratch. The quotas are set at a level that I’d consider unrealistic, especially given the saturation of the market we’re selling into. We’re competing with a lot of established players, which makes it tough to differentiate our tools. Because of this, the vast majority of reps don’t hit quota, leading to extremely high turnover.
