Overall, it was very positive. Leadership/management can work out some kinks to create a sales environment where people can strengthen and develop their skills. At times, it felt more of a therapy group rather than a sales team.

My experience at Alma was incredibly positive. The company was the best I've ever worked for. From the executive team down the org has hired with intention sourcing top talent. There was more diversity at Alma than any other org I've work with which was refreshing and contributed greatly to the org's success.
