It’s a good place to get experience as an entry-level SDR job. You will meet a lot of talented individuals and co-workers, but the support from leadership is lacking and you will be left to figure things out on your own a lot. The pay is very low and so is the commission. Don’t expect to make a lot of money here, you can get experience but that’s it.

From where I'm from, I've had to work twice as hard to get where I am now. Still need to push to earn trust despite showcasing my commitment. There's good people but there's also people that need more training and Nurture in their leadership skills. Would recommend, but it's not for the light-hearted and easily breakable people. You have to be a shark to survive.
