Great when I joined 8 months ago. All residential leads were at the DSAE's fingertips and there was more than enough to go around. Sales teams would meet up once a month for coffee and donuts, very inclusive sales environment. Good entry level SAE role. Superior product; however, struggle around getting sales to install. Only get paid when sale installs, install is more intrusive than competitors making customers more hesitant.

Not too bad, it’s a growing company. Processes are clunky and not a lot of policies established. Footprint is very small. Territories are so small, it creates a cut throat environment where others will be swooping in on your opps and prospecting in your patch. Culture is non existent. No sense of team.
