Zip had a great story and advertisements but the overall culture and sales leadership team was very much a boys club. From the nicknames to the constant sports mentality, it was a surprise to see some of the shenanigans that happened and were kept out of the spotlight again and again while the teams celebrated mediocre growth and played favorites with AE, account ownership and compensation splits. To my understanding there has been a complete overhaul of the actors and a whole new team is in place across enterprise and agency where it was most prolific. Great benefits and lots of amazing people on many of the support teams. Worth exploring if the role/compensation/manager are a remote fit for you.

Overall a great company. Times are tough for the job market which makes this a difficult role at the moment and they did just recently go through some layoffs but this was by far the best company I have ever worked for.
