Leadership and company culture is awesome. My experience overall was great however with the current rate of unemployment, new opportunities were not easy to come by.

Not even close to what it once was -- the corporate leadership takeover has been detrimental to the overall success and culture of the company. Wouldn't recommend anyone working here anymore. Fantastic Company that cares for you! Although highly dependent on the labor market making the ebs and flows of good and bad times like riding a wave. Goal structure changes recently have significantly impacted ability to hit OTE, however most hit 90%, so not as bad as many other companies. However 150% to 200% used to be my norm.
