Upward mobility is quite limited. One inbound SDR had been in role for over 3 years. Myself and a colleague who joined at the same time were in the role for nearly 2 years without a path toward a promotion.

Former Employee2.9Aug 8, 2023The first year I was with Ziflow was incredible. Then they opened the office in Dallas and slowly they pushed out all of the remote workers until they ultimately laid us off. Excellent product, terrible leadership.
