Only the bottom line matters. There is zero work life balance. They will ask you to work unplanned days and weekends if the team isn’t meeting sales goals. They will ask you to do unpaid training before work or on lunch breaks. No accommodations for personal issues. The managers are nice and doing their best, but they are all promoted from sales with no management...Read More

The culture of your team will be highly determined by the management. You will make over 200k here if you are a good sales representative, and even in a bad year, you can make over 150k. A good rep on a good year should make over 260k to 305k. Good reps in a great location for leads will make over 300k every year.
