Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Only the bottom line matters. There is zero work life balance. They will ask you to work unplanned days and weekends if the team isn’t meeting sales goals. They will ask you to do unpaid training before work or on lunch breaks. No accommodations for personal issues. The managers are nice and doing their best, but they are all promoted from sales with no management training and no outside experience. If you just want to make money, this is a great place to do so with no college debt or experience. But if you care about feeling valued and having a work/life balance, look elsewhere.
