Disney is a great compnay and they value their employees. The benefits and culture are second to none. But, they do not pay well.

Avoid if you’re a strong seller with experience in the tech industry. Moves at snail speed. There are about 5/10 sellers PER account and you will be actively fighting internally to sell. My overall experience is that it is purely inbound, it is up to your closing skills almost exclusively. Leadership is great and knows to stay out of the way and help bridge the gaps instead of micromanaging unless it is needed.
