The CEO expects people to work like they are joint owners in the company, with no equity available. He expects results of a fully supported Enterprise team, but refuses to put any resources into it. The VP drives deals into the ground, eliminates training, lies to employees, and talks to them in a very unprofessional manner. The product is vastly inferior in the space for the price, AE's will lose deal after deal due to the product not always functioning like it's supposed to, the VP ruining sales processes, and the price being drastically overpriced compare to Canva.
