Expense reimbursement, and the need for a global company to control payment of your personal card. Education reimbursement that was not given, and opportunities for movement that were not given/acknowledged.
Just some things that I don’t believe were in all divisions, but prevalent in ours. Very much a good old boy system, that requires connecting with the right people and very stagnating for growth without playing the internal game.
