I was not allowed to select 0% when listing % of team who hit quota - nobody hit quota. The former founder/CEO was recently moved down to Chief Strategy Officer and their top VC (Scale Ventures) brought in an outside CEO. From what my former colleagues tell me, the new CEO understands sales and it has been a positive change.
In April, they let go of all but two people in marketing (one BDR, one content professional remain) to focus on an outbound sales approach. This is a positive change as they previously used an outsourced ISR team who constantly booked meetings with non-target ICP that would say "I don't know why I'm here" at the start of the meeting. The remaining BDR is outstanding and will book meetings with your target accounts often less than a week after you give him some targets.
While I was there, there was an idea that it was a 6-month sales cycle. I would ask about that in an interview as it is not the case. Browse Other Reviews
