Negatives: Leadership doesn't listen to what their sales teams actually need to succeed and Marketing owns the BDR team which is ineffective at driving qualified MQLs. Positives: The people are great, and the comp is decent.

Poor leadership and legacy processes are the biggest hurdles to success. Turn around time for Services can take weeks if not months. Highly complex configurations are left for the AE to build out as there is little resource availability.
