My overall experience was very good. The culture is good and the team is very experienced and knows how to sell Inbound could be much much better and outbound is centralised but should be focussed more for each department

Strong on-premises solutions but struggling to gain traction in the SaaS space. Good people but they have things to figure out in the short and long term about sales strategy

Poor leadership and legacy processes are the biggest hurdles to success. Turn around time for Services can take weeks if not months. Highly complex configurations are left for the AE to build out as there is little resource availability.

Negatives: Leadership doesn't listen to what their sales teams actually need to succeed and Marketing owns the BDR team which is ineffective at driving qualified MQLs. Positives: The people are great, and the comp is decent.
