An awesome company to work for. Leadership is heavily invested in the sales organization. Their PrinterLogic product has great product-market fit. Strong company growth but not a huge emphasis on strategic, large account deals. Average deal size for Mid-market is ~$12k ARR and average for Enterprise is ~$30k ARR. Potential to make $200k here as a seller but not much more than that. Great place to work overall and lots of good opportunities for SMB & Mid-Market sellers.

Compensation will be readjust next year. There was a lot of moving around recently and leadership is working hard to figure it out for 2025. It's an unfortunate reality in 2024 that until adjustments are made, some of us will make low commission percentages. The plus is that we get a high base for now... but if you're set to close a big deal it kinda stings.
