Just ok. Not really ready for GTM. Needs more work on the product and how they treat employees. Work environment needs a lot of work too.

Really great company culture and diversity. SDR job is demanding but not impossible. The only thing is the real salary difference between latam markets and european markets, it is too high and it's demotivating for latam employees.
