The company has very few organic customers. For the core products, there are no referenceable customers. The quarterly bookings are deals with BPOs that have a very low probability of turning into revenue.

Deals are few and far between - all deals go through CEO right now and there's no lead gen. Pay is alright, but you're just counting time until your product is killed or you are.
