When I first started, TouchBistro seemed like a great place to work (minus the fact that salary average for any role is SEVERELY below the industry standard). But over my time there, it has gone downhill severely. Massive re-structuring has just caused them to lay-off a huge amount of employees, including ones that were high-performers. The product is awful, making new business and existing business literally have to lie to get restaurants to buy. if you are a restaurant owner (and for some reason reading this review), do not buy it.
The company is not doing well. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if they were either bought out or bankrupt by this time next year. They are viciously trying to save money as no one is buying the product.
Not only that, but they constantly pass over deserving individuals for promotions in lieu of others because they like them personally. They move the goal posts constantly for those they like - and then tell the other (usually more-deserving) employees after.
If you're trying to work at a company that values you, do not work here.
