The product market fit was extremely difficult and no one on the team closed deals and the comp plan for OTE was extremely unachievable. Good training and experience however.

Quarterly layoffs. The company is unsure of the product they want to sell. Their parent company controls leadership and allows no transparency.

Was a great company with a unique offering before new leadership came in. Once topcoder got into IT staffing it was a race to the bottom
