This used to be a great place to work. However, leadership has dropped the ball with enterprise, and our products are not fit for the market. The sales compensation structure is a complete joke; they have ways to lower compensation, and it's demotivating an entire sales team.

It is a good company, friendly people 5/5, Transparency 4/5, learning materials 5/5. BDR/SDRs got a income cap. while Sales don't. The company is pivoting it's sales strategy hence things are gradually changing from time to time.
