Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was poor. Expectations were not clear, nobody hits quota...some people never really get assigned quotas. The product is very niche and hard to sell. The CEO promotes a toxic culture and rules with fear. The internal tech stack is poor, the training program is not effective and grants a bonus to those who complete it....nobody has in a long time. The test is impossible as the CEO just verbally asks you any questions under the sun about the company. You need to be in the office 5 days a week for no reason, most benefits don't fully kick in until the six month mark. The shares are worth nothing.
