Former Employee Just an awful fit in the Mid/Small space, no corporate alignment (no dedicated manager, dedicated engineers, or SDRs). No one was hitting quota in the space, no real job security. The product has no buy-in from Cisco peers at this level, you will struggle to get mindshare with anyone as deals are small and hard to come by. I came over from another business unit where I was very successful and was quickly shown the door when things didn't work out. The product is great upmarket but terrible in small and mid space.. Middle managers here did nothing to help and took no accountability when things didn't work out.
