Current Employee Overall, the experience is decent. There are many great individuals who genuinely care about their colleagues, but this personal care doesn't always translate into professional support for success. This seems less about a lack of care and more about the structure of the job roles, which are not optimized for success in a sales environment. Responsibilities are spread too thin, with many employees managing non-sales-related tasks. As a result, sales enablement often gets deprioritized, which can slow down and negatively impact the sales team
