Good starting point for retail sales, but no commissions structure. You're an onsite marketing and field rep who manages peomottions for variety of products owned by TTI in home depot.

Overall it is not a bad company to begin a career with. Can build sales and personal skills well. The biggest downside is essentially working in Home Depot’s and the lack of pay outside of base.
