However, The Executive Management team changes policies and processes on a whim. I’ve witnessed drastic departments reductions leaving the remaining 2-3 individuals left to pick up the remaining work load while handling their normal day to day.
The turn over and level of micromanaging is appalling.
This is a company with great potential but but severely lacking in many ways.
