Tackle cannot promote internally if their life depended on it. Team started with 13 ended with 3. Massive layoffs. They don’t know how to manage their money. Poor overall business choices and terrible choices in new leadership.

If you choose to work at Tackle, you must take ownership for your role and believe in what it is that we are doing here.
