Minimal to no lead flow, product/capabilities similar to competition, lack of flexibility in offerings, pre-sales/solutions staff isn't not sufficient to deal with deal flow from AEs.

Policies that are highly suspect + high variability of success (but can reach high pay). Little behind in the times but far ahead of their competition (absolute trash). Great training.
