Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked out of the South Florida office. The team was very lackadaisical, often arriving around 8:30 and leaving at 4 for an 8-5 job. Management is new and very hands-off, yet also engages in micromanagement, leading to passive-aggressive colleagues. Transitioning leads are given to tenured employees, creating a cliquey environment. Leadership needs to improve with coaching, as not every salesperson is a good coach. Sales declined by a significant amount upon my arrival. They are trying to become a service company, and to succeed, you will need to operate at a national level. Each office is different, but I would recommend targeting more big city offices if you want to work for a company like this.
