TEKsystems is great at what they do (I.T. staffing, and professional services). They're a large, privately-held, company with a long history of success. If you're hitting your numbers TEK loves to find ways for you to get bonuses. I've only seen one lead come my way in 3 years, but it sounds like this is something my director is looking at fixing. I truly believe TEKsystems listens to the feedback of it's employees as I've seen a number of new policies implemented due to direct feedback from us.

My overall experience has been good. The base compensation is a touch low but commissions can make up for that. Room for growth but it is a grind. Great exit opportunities.

Overall a great organization and many opportunities to grow. Major investments into competencies around cloud CSP capabilities and relationships. Minimal to no lead flow, product/capabilities similar to competition, lack of flexibility in offerings, pre-sales/solutions staff isn't not sufficient to deal with deal flow from AEs.
