Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee They specifically hire sales reps without industry experience to keep salaries lower than industry standard. That said, my education and refinement in selling skills along with the career opportunities has more than compensated for the lower overall pay.
I really love working for my manager though that seems hit or miss depending on the region. Ultimately I believe in the product I sell and work that I do even if the comp package doesn’t lead the industry.
