Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience started out very well. As time progressed leadership refused to listen that there was a lack of communication and customer success implementation. The focus was scale to the max, and not look on the back end focus of utilization. New leadership came on board and was cruel and harsh to those that were putting in the work despite the challenges. Those that were loyal and dedicated were shown the door via a setup to fail mechanisms (given impossible task that were not clear in scope or measurement.). It was shocking to see the amount of good people that were shown the door and the amount of good people that witnessed this leaving as a result. There is a clear culture and practice of scapegoating from the new senior leadership. Even more shocking and concerning was the blind eye and deaf ears that were on full display as this process of removal was going on. Browse Other Reviews
