Base and OTE are low for work that is required. They need lots of improvement on POS if they want to compete. Only positive side is great team members.

Good company to work for. As an AE you have control of your territory. It is a field sales role, and you have to drive + walk in everywhere, so there is a door-to-door element to this role. As an AE, you will be responsible for a majority of new leads. It is door to door but for small businesses. Leadership and management is hit or miss. It isn't a real company yet like Clover or Square.

My overall experience has been average it is a door to door sales job and have a great team backing you but as most startups and entering new uncharted territories there isn’t enough systems in place to make it easier
