Base and OTE are low for work that is required. They need lots of improvement on POS if they want to compete. Only positive side is great team members.

As an AE, you will be responsible for a majority of new leads. It is door to door but for small businesses. Leadership and management is hit or miss. It isn't a real company yet like Clover or Square.

My overall experience has been strong. The POS product is lagging behind major competitors in the market still and has been for awhile. The potential for the product is there but slowly rolling out.
