Former Employee Most of the sales leadership has no experience outside of Subsplash, which is why there is no valuable training or strategies put into place. Many women have gone to HR, with HR protecting the men in the organization. You will see women who have been with the company and have been successful for years not be promoted compared to men who just started. Leaders will use God as a manipulation tactic to make you second-guess their decisions and your feelings.
