Truly enjoyed my time at Subsplash working with clients and colleagues. It just got to the point where I was tapped out on growth and goals were getting higher and higher without much improvement for us to reach them. Overall, great experience and great culture. The lack of growth in career and earning's was a big factor in my departure.

The company culture, people, leadership and work life balance is great. But the comp tends to be on the low end for the industry they are in and serving.

A great place to start in sales. Great people, great leadership. Remote culture. Lower on the end of pay in SDR role but can make better money moving into AE Role. If you succeed you can move into a closing role
