Avoid if not in Germany. This company has laid off basically everybody in the US sales team apart from one person. The company sounds very sexy on paper but is nothing like that. Incredibly pressure and demeaning slack messages from very incompetent and too junior management. Leadership has also been changing rapidly but not the CEOs. Not a single AE hit target in 2023.

Great things: You can work from anywhere and the base isn't terrible. There's great potential in the product but it is not developed well enough towards the Spryker sweetspot, B2B Marketplace Commerce. Cons: C-level is all over your deals as there are not enough deals. Terrible leadership. Overhired from 350 to 700 people in 6 months and then laid off people massively. Today Spryker has 280 employees left.
