Great job if you want to coast through your career. Very little upward mobility. Low pay compared to other sales roles. Relatively easy sale though.

Fun company to be part of. They're able to get away with paying slightly less to be in a more exciting role/industry (if you like sports or if youth sports was important in your life).

My experience with SportsEngine was great. The simple fact that they retain the talented people they have is remarkable. That being said, the pay is insanely low for a tech sales company. Amazing culture and people though.
