They really value their sales force (sales engineers) and provide a lot of personal leeway in how you manage your day to day. The upper management team has seen a lot of churn the past few years which can be frustrating. Definitely a place I can see myself spending a majority of my career.

Current Employee3.4Mar 13, 2024First sales org I've worked at that the commissions aren't based on amount sold, only percentage to quota. If you hit 100% of your quota, you get 40% of your base as your bonus. And there is a hard cap on commissions.
